       RAY
I´m 36 years old,
I have a wife, a
child and a mortgage...
Ad I´m scared to death.
I´m turning into my
father.

       ANNIE
What´s your father
gotta do with all
of this?

       RAY
I never forgave him
forgetting old. By
the time he was as old
as I am now. He was
ancient. I mean, he
must've had deams...
But he never did
anything about'em.
For all I know. He
may have even heard
voices too... But
he sure didn't listen
to them. The man never
did one spontaneous
thing in all the years
I knew him. Annie, I'm
afraid of that happening
to me. Something tells
me that his maybe my
last chance to do
something about it.
I wanna build that field.
Do you think I'm crazy?

       ANNIE
yes. But I also think...
If you really feel you
should do this...
Then you should do it.             

       RAY
Tenho 36 anos, uma esposa,
uma filha e prestações...
E morro de medo de estar
sendo como o meu pai.

       ANNIE
O que o seu pai tem a
ver com isto?

       RAY
Eu nunca o perdoei por
ter envelhecido. Quando
ele tinha a minha idade
agora... Ele já era velho.
Ele deve ter tido sonhos...
Mas nunca fez nada para
realiza-los. Quem sabe
ele até ouvia vozes também...
Mas não deu ouvidos. Ele
nunca fez nada
espontaneamente em todos
os anos que o conheci. 
Annie, tenho medo
de isso estar acontecendo
comigo. Algo me diz que
é a minha última chance.
Quero construir esse campo.
Você acha que estou louco?

       ANNIE
Sim. Mas também acho...
Que se acredita que tem
de fazer isto... Então
deve fazer.
